Shipping policy

At BrightKare, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and with the utmost care. Please review our shipping policy below for details on timelines and delivery practices.


1. Shipping Coverage

     We currently ship across India through trusted delivery partners.

     International shipping will be introduced soon.


2. Order Processing Time

     Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

     Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Timelines

     Metro Cities: 2–3 business days

     Tier 2 Cities: 4–5 business days

     Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues, strikes, or natural events. In such cases, we will keep you informed.


4. Shipping Charges

     Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

     Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Additional handling fee of ₹50 applies.


5. Tracking Orders

     Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

     You can track your package in real time on the courier partner’s website.


6. Delivery Attempts

     Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

     If undelivered, the order will be returned to us. Reshipping may incur additional charges.


7. Damaged / Missing Items

     If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos at care@brightkare.in.

     We will initiate a replacement or refund after verification.


8. Change of Address

     Changes to shipping address can only be made before dispatch.

     Once shipped, address changes cannot be accommodated.


9. International Orders (Coming Soon)

     Customers outside India will be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges as per their country’s regulations.
