1. Are BrightKare cleansers non-comedogenic?

Yes, both our Ultra Gentle Cleanser and Oil Cleanser are formulated to avoid clogging pores and are suitable for acne-prone skin, sensitive and dry skin.

2. Why is the cleanser slightly cloudy?

Our cleanser is intentionally uncolored – it’s lightly milky because of clean ingredients like Aloe, Chamomile, and Green Tea, all visible through our transparent bottles.

3. Is the cleanser fragrance-free?

Yes — we keep it pure and unscented.

4. Do your formulas contain sulfates, parabens, or artificial fragrance?

Never BrightKare is free from all three — we’re all about clean, purposeful skincare.

We pack your order within 24 working hours, and delivery typically takes 2–5 days depending on your location.

2. Can I ship to an address different from my billing address?

Every cleanser blends three soothing botanicals — Green Tea, Aloe Vera, and Chamomile — combined with potent actives like Niacinamide and Hyaluronic Acid.

3. My skin is sensitive. Will these products work for me?
