If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Exchanges & Replacements
In case of incorrect or damaged products, you may request a free replacement instead of a refund. We’ll ship the replacement after validating your request.
